A fully recovered lawyer, Steven founded the business that morphed into College Recruiter and now, as its visionary, helps to create and refine the company’s strategy and leads its business development efforts. Steven has been widely quoted by local, regional, national and international media including NBC News, MSNBC, U.S. News & World Report, Bloomberg, Wall Street Journal, Chicago Tribune, USA Today, FOX & Friends, and CNN. Leah Daniels joined Appcast to jump start its Alliances & Business Development program and oversee the company's programmatic recruitment media bidding platforms. Prior to joining Appcast, Leah has held a number of roles in the recruiting technology industry, including the Director of Product Strategy at Monster and Director of Global Alliances and Business Development at Bullhorn. Earlier in her career, Leah spent 10 years at ZoomInfo leading sales operations, product management, national account, business development, and data services. She currently resides in MA with her toddler, two dogs and husband.

Faith is known for her ability to envision long-term, strategic solutions as well as her skill in managing technology in the fast-paced world of the Internet and her strong relationship skills allowing her to manage people well. Faith's career has always been at the intersection between business and technology. She started as a programmer for Ford Motor Company, graduated from the University of Michigan with an MBA, was a manufacturing information technology consultant with KPMG, served as a project manager for Wells Fargo, and then staged a bloodless coup after joining the business her husband founded, College Recruiter. As its integrator, Faith is the hub around which the organization revolves.
