Our Keynote and Panel Topic:
"CPC vs. Programmatic Advertising: What Works Best for Sourcing and Recruitment Marketing?"

How well do you really understand the kinds of online advertising that drives targeted, passive and active candidate traffic to your jobs and career website?

In this fast-moving evening, you'll learn from four gurus who do this every day for employers and agencies large and small in the US and abroad. We'll take you from zero to sixty in understanding:
  • what all the buzzwords (CPM, CPA, CPC, Programmatic, Retargeting, etc.) and product/service types available today mean (duration-based, flat CPC, job-level bidding, subscription, etc.)
  • what tools and levers you have on social networks, job boards and more, and why you need them in today's talent wars;
  • who the established players are, and the hot up-and-comers;
  • how to know what's working and not for you;
  • how to test even with just a shoestring budget and learn a lot in the process;
  • how to ensure you only spend what you authorize and shift automatically to the ones working best for each role; and more!

RSVP today here (and tell your sourcing, recruiting and marketing/branding colleagues to do likewise before free space runs out!)
